2 one line changes to the official sources of 3.0.0 release have been made ot generate this powerpc64-linux install tar file:
" b .__libc_start_mian" was replaced by "b __libc_start_main" in both cprt0.as and gprt0.as in fpcsrc/rtl/linux/powerpc64 directory

There has been no checks for the fixes (3.0.1) branch for this powerpc64-linux target
so that this should be considered experimental at best.
